The Mississauga Life Centre Annual Baby Bottle Fundraising Campaign
Please remember the moms at the Mississauga Life Centre by participating in the Annual Baby Bottle Campaign. Please pick up an empty Baby Bottle at the Outreach table in the lobby at Port Credit High School on Sundays, or at the MLC from Monday - Thursday. Fill the Baby Bottle with loose change and return it on June 17th - Father’s Day. Your donations help the Mississauga Life Centre provide on going assistance and caring support to women experiencing CRISIS PREGNANCIES and to single mothers and children. Services include pregnancy tests, support groups, information about prenatal development and pregnancy alternatives, mentoring programs, care closet (baby items, diapers, formula and maternity clothes), post abortion counceling and education and referrals.

West Edge is Hosting a BBQ for Moms and Kids from the Mississauga Life Centre
West Edge will be hosting a BBQ for the Moms and Kids of the Mississauga Life Centre. It's a chance to connect with the young moms and kids in our community that most need our support and friendship. Last year's event was a fun time for all. The Mississauga Life Centre provide on going assistance and caring support to women experiencing CRISIS PREGNANCIES and to single mothers and children. Services include pregnancy tests, support groups, information about prenatal development and pregnancy alternatives, mentoring programs, care closet (baby items, diapers, formula and maternity clothes), post abortion counceling and education and referrals.
Your involvement: Volunteer your time, or donate food

The Compass Food Bank Needs Volunteers!
The Compass is a local non-denominational, faith-based organization that provides relief to people struggling with life's challenges. Through the building of relationships within the community and member churches, they offer both practical and spiritual support, including a voucher system shopping style food bank. This local food bank badly needs more adult volunteers!!!  
Your involvement: Help in food back during 'shopping hours'
Commitment: 2 x 3-hour shifts per month
