The Compass
The Compass provides relief to people struggling with life's challenges. Through the building of relationships within the community and the member churches, we offer both practical and spiritual support. The Compass drop-in centre offers coffee, FREE GROCERIES and household supplies on a voucher system, a safe place to visit, and prayer support when requested.

St. Mary's Community Meal
The St. Mary's COMMUNITY MEAL is an effort to strengthen and deepen the community at St. Mary’s and to extend this spirit of hospitality to those in need, through the wider community of Port Credit and the Lakeshore Corridor. The Mississauga Life Centre provides ongoing assistance and caring support to women experiencing CRISIS PREGNANCIES and to single mothers and children. Interim Place
Interim Place provides SHELTER, support, counceling and advocacy to help ABUSED WOMEN and the children to break the cycle of abuse. The centre is a woman-centered, anti-racist, anti-oppressive, non-profit organization serving the diverse population of the region of Peel. There are two 24-hour emergency shelters, and services include crisis intervention, counceling and support groups, children's program, legal advocacy, community education, housing search assistance and transitional housing support.

The Family Awareness Centre

Our Place Youth Shelter
Our Place YOUTH SHELTER provides residential and support services for disadvantaged and homeless youth 16-21 years of age in Peel Region. Every year we help 350 to 400 kids in crisis. We give them a place to stay, help them to return home if it is feasible, assist them to learn the skills they need to survive if it isn't, and provide counselling, support, and referrals. If you are 16 to 21 years old, ready for real change, and need somewhere safe to stay, we want to talk to you.
